The Planning Commission recently approved zoning for six new townhomes to be constructed off Hamilton Ave off North Market. The building is to be constructed by Collier Construction so they should be nice. Check out the article here.

Monday Morning…

What a weekend. Lots of real estate activity, and I am beginning to believe that real estate in Chattanooga will recover much more quickly than most cities across the country. That is a big relief, however I think only time will tell!

Lately I have been a bit obsessed with the condo market in town and with that in mind have added a condo as my house of the day. 55 E Main #102 Chattanooga, TN 37408. For $239,000 you get an unfinished space with loads of potential. There are a few others for sale in the building that are finished out and look beautiful.
