Both buildings have advantages and disadvantages it is merely a difference in taste. Bridgeview for sure has better outdoor living spaces, but Terrace has extra storage space available with the unit and the potential to build out a unit specific to your needs. If you are looking for upscale living on the Northshore you cannot go wrong with either of these developments.

Carta and VW

This is a little bit funny. Carta will be providing bus services to employees at the new VW plant. Check it out here. 

This new and reasonably priced home came up yesterday at 708 Tremont St. Chattanooga, TN 37405. It is a 2bd/1ba home located literally within walking distance to coolidge park, frazier and whatever else you want to explore on the northshore. I am going to show it here in a bit so I’ll let you know how it shows, but online it looks like the deal on the Northshore. Resale value will be really good here in a few years (or at least I think so).

Can’t beat the originals

It is a wonderful old building, with older windows and most importantly huge potential and a  price point for downtown that can’t be beat. Now is the time to buy with new home owner or current homeowner. For those new homeowners the $8000 tax credit can claimed any time throughout the year. You can amend your taxes at any point to get the money back sooner or you can wait and claim it on your 2009 taxes. Your choice. Check out the tax credit here. It should also be noted that this is credit is for anyone who has not bought or sold a home in the past three years so it should be new home buyers not necessarily first time home buyers.
