Bridgeview Condos / Terrace at Frazier

Check out these awesome condos…4 Cherokee Blvd Chattanooga, TN 37402 has all the amenities the Northshore has to offer. Starting at $327,000-on up there for a penthouse these offer covered secured parking, great porches/patios, gas fireplaces, built with the utmost integrity, step out into Renaissance Park and so much more!

There is another great Northshore condo at the corner of Frazier and Tremont. Check out www.terraceatfrazier.com for all the information on the building and be sure to call me to set up that appointment. You always want someone who is working for you and not the developer. Photo-1

Both buildings have advantages and disadvantages it is merely a difference in taste. Bridgeview for sure has better outdoor living spaces, but Terrace has extra storage space available with the unit and the potential to build out a unit specific to your needs. If you are looking for upscale living on the Northshore you cannot go wrong with either of these developments.

Have a great day and keep me in mind when you run into someone who is looking to buy or sell.

Can’t beat the originals

Sometimes you just cannot beat an original building with all its character, and of course its location. The Railway Lofts are a wonderful option to all the new condos being built currently. It is a wonderful old building, with older windows and most importantly huge potential and a  price point for downtown that can’t be beat. Ranging between $144,000-$200,000 and they are loft style living.

Seasons

This morning I woke up and enjoyed a nice walk with my pup in the rain. The very very warm rain, because it was about 60 degrees. Hard to believe after all the cold weather lately, but welcome. Chattanooga is a great place for a variety of reasons and the seasons is one of those reasons. We are one of the lucky spots that enjoys all four seasons and all the beauty each one offers.

I have chosen the house just down the street at 408 Tremont Street. It is a great 3bd/2ba home with a nice fenced in backyard, about a 1/4 a mile from Coolidge Park for just $295,000. It is the perfect street in Chattanooga.
