Neutral Party

I am not a neutral party when it comes to government, but perhaps I should be….This article explores Obama’s stand on home ownership vs. rental. Looks like more government for all and where is all that money this incredibly wealthy government is getting coming from??? That being said rent is the only option for some people right now but rent can very easily be more expensive than a mortgage. Being mindful of where your money is going is important but so is being able to afford owning a home which comes with sometimes large bills, i.e. new roof, new a/c, water damage etc…

Check out this great home on at 1606 Wood Nymph Trail Lookout Mountain, GA 30750. 3bd/2ba with over an acre of land for $224,900. You cannot beat the price for the area!

GA tax credit

Another day for some good news. A new tax credit has been issued for homes in GA. It is an up to $1800 tax credit. Most questions about the tax credit are answered here. Basically this additional credit is for anyone purchasing a single family residence as their primary residence. Pretty good deal. It can be combined with the $8000 if you are a new home buyer. The first time home buyer credit really is a new home buyer credit since it is you cannot have owned or sold a home in the past three years. Check out that tax credit here.

This is all the more reason to check out my listing at 1606 Wood Nymph Trail, Lookout Mtn, GA 30750.
Check out those rates today at www.bankrate.com.
The house for the day is a steal located at 813 Merriam St Chattanooga, TN 37405 2bd/1ba for $10,395. I have a feeling it will be under contract today, but wow the lot has got to be worth that much. Check it out here…Remember you can call me for more information also. Picture above.
