It is a wonderful old building, with older windows and most importantly huge potential and a  price point for downtown that can’t be beat. Back at it finally. Great time not worrying about work related things and spending lots of fun time with my husband.

I also came across a great article about 10 things every buyer should be aware of prior to purchasing a home. Check it out!  
Here is another link to an article outlining what exactly happens with the commission portion of a real estate transaction. Check it out!  I think it is very important for people (especially buyers) to realize that it is essentially free for them to use a real estate agent (even if it is someone other than the list agent). If everyone knew this I don’t think people would be out there always calling the list agents. Why not use someone who you know and more importantly trust and has your interest at heart? Someone who will negotiate for you and not the seller? Pass on this information to anyone who may not know it…
Finally the house of the day is located at 1504 Minnekahda Road, Chattanooga TN 37405 and is a great 4bd/3.2ba on a large lot in Riverview. This home was renovated just a few years ago and is completely updated and beautiful!
